In order to make shippping costs as low as possible for everyone (worldwide shipping!) I will be shipping orders as:
Flat mailer - Stamped without tracking
If you would prefer your order to be shipped with tracking please check out then send me a DM on instagram @konpoteto with your order number and information and I'll help you get that sorted.
*Buyer is responsible for any duties/taxes incurred. I have no control over the package once the postal service hands it off to your country.*
What is the order processing time?
As I am just a small team of one person, I will be handling all orders, packaging, and shipment myself. Everything is in stock and on hand but please give me 3-4 days to pack and ship everything.
What is the delivery time?
Shipping estimate will take between 2-3 weeks depending on your country.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please send me a DM on instagram @konpoteto, use the contact page, or email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your new shipping address
Please note I am unable to make any changes to addresses once the goods have already been shipped.
Returns/Exchanges:
All sales are final. Please carefully review your items before completing your purchase. If there are any problems with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll be happy to help!
What happens if my package gets lost during transit?
Once an order is shipped, any issues or losses that may occur during transit are beyond my control and responsibility. Please contact the carrier for more information in the case your package gets lost.
